Normally it will appears with skin infections like some soap, fragrance...Some doctors suggested some creams and were advised to not use any soap, fragrance etc ..Many times int effected shoulder, and a couple on arms and legs. Pediatrician referred us to dematalogist. There was improvement, however these keep coming back once in a while.try to applying breast milk on affected area.. 20 mins before bath... The rashes vanished over night.. It never came back...
