red spots allover my baby, What are these little tiny bumps . It's defiantly not an allergic reaction, because allergy rashes are hives which are big red welts, not little red dots.They might me heat bumps. Pay attention when they appear next time. a child is recovering from an ordinary virus (any type of cold, runny nose, sore throat..not strep). It's not explainable but it is very common in children to get these rashes, they are harmless, generally don't itch, don't have fever, and will go away on it's own in a couple days...
